short songs, one track stood out due to its duration.
The song in question was Madhuban Mein Radhika Naache Re. It was half-a-dozen minutes and a couple of seconds long.
It was, by far, the most popular Hindi film song based on Raga Hamir.
Shakeel Badayuni penned the song, which Naushad Ali.
Mohammed Rafi rendered it.
Considering that the song was picturised on Dilip Kumar, strings were bound to be attached – the method actor is believed to have learnt to play the sitar for the song.
