This track gave Bhojpuri (R)afillip

Bhojpuri is a language spoken in parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

It was given a massive boost in Nain Lad Jaihen, which was the longest of the four songs from Ganga Jumna on this blog – it was four minutes and 44 seconds long.

Shakeel Badayuni penned the Naushad Ali composition, which Mohammed Rafi rendered.

Reprised versions of songs weren’t as common in Hindi films then as they are now, but the soundtrack of this film had another version of the track. Titled Nain Lad Jaihen (Revival), it was two seconds longer than the original.
