This blog
contains posts on four tracks from Professor,
which released in 1962.
If they
were to be arranged in the ascending order, Aawaz
Deke Humein Tum Bulao would be the first.
The song
was composed by Shankar Jaikishan, who bagged the Filmfare Award in the Best
Music Director category in 1963.
A couple
of tracks from the film on the blog were penned by Hasrat Jaipuri. This was the
shorter of those – it was just three minutes and eight seconds long.
Mohammed
Rafi lent his mellifluous aawaz to
the track, as did Lata Mangeshkar.
