Rafi's fans wanted aur zyada

By no means would it be incorrect to state that for Hasrat Jaipuri, penning one hit song after another was as easy as ABC.

And that literally became evident when he wrote the songs of Arzoo.

The fifth – and last – song from the film on this blog was Chhalke Teri Aankhon Se.

The phrase that could be called the hook of the track was, “Aur zyada”, which could be translated to more.

That was what Mohammed Rafi's fans wanted, and also what his output would have been if he were alive.

Shankar Jaikishan composed it.
