Rafi’s solo inspired a Shammi-starrer

Tumse Achcha Kaun Hai was the longest of the four tracks from Janwar on this blog – it was five minutes and three seconds long. In fact, it was the longest song in the film.

It inspired the title of a 1969 film, which also starred Shammi Kapoor.
Hasrat Jaipuri penned the Shankar Jaikishan composition, which was rendered by Mohammed Rafi.

This awesome foursome, incidentally, collaborated on one of the two tracks from the 1969 film, which I will write about on my blog dedicated to the music of Hindi films released between 1969 and 1986.
