In the
context of Tujhe Jeevan Ki Dor Se,
the phrase, “Sar aankhon par” could
be translated to, “Accepting with grace”, be it oppression (zulm-o-sitam), love (ulfat) or joys and sorrows (khushiyan aur gham).
However,
the chances of feeling the love or experiencing joy would be very slim if one
were tied to the door of Jeevan (the actor typecast as Narad Muni).
Jokes
apart, it was the only duet on the soundtrack of Asli-Naqli – it was rendered by Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi.
