But there’s no two ways about the fact that Aap Yun Hi Agar Humse Milte Rahe, from Ek Musafir Ek Hasina (which released in 1962), was another raga-based gem composed by the man who was untrained in classical music – it was based on Raga Kedara.
The song was four minutes and 13 seconds long.
Raja Mehdi Ali Khan penned the track, which was rendered by Asha Bhosle and Mohammed Rafi.
